Policies & Payment

Rates are negotiable, based on client paying on a fee-for-service basis. Medicare and Medical are accepted.  I work directly for my clients, and not for their insurance companies or managed care programs. Thus I require payment up front, and later bill your insurer. This allows for truer confidentiality of service. Other inherent limits to confidentiality will be discussed during our first session, and further reviewed whenever necessary.

Note: My email is not encrypted and may be subject to interception by people for whom it was not intended. Privacy of email communication with me cannot be fully assured.

Regarding Forensic Matters: I charge $150/ hour for actual time spent in Depositions, Court Appearances, etc. Time spent in preparation for same will be at highest standard billable rate.
